Digital delivery

VELORE HUB is delivered instantly as a digital download. Because access is granted immediately after payment, sales are final.

Problems with access

If your download link does not work, or you did not receive your access email, reply to your receipt email and we will resolve it. You should not have to pay twice for access you already bought.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you were charged more than once by mistake, contact us and the duplicate charge will be refunded.
